This console table is a traditionally based design that is compact, thus making it ideal for positioning in parts of the house that often have limited use and restricted floor space e.g. hall or landing. A drawer may be built for additional storage space, if required. Veneers may be used to achieve an interesting decorative effect (optional). Different designs for the support brackets are shown on the plan.
