Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
All credit card information on this system is 100% secure.
You may also send a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we send out your order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the items ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may send the goods back which must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. We will then give a full refund, or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you.

Delivery Information
Your order will normally be processed within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days.

POSTAGE
Inland UK 1 book £2.95; 2 books £3.95; 3 or more £4.95. (MAXIMUM POSTAGE IS £4.95).
Inland UK 1 video £2.50 + 50p for each additional video.
Inland UK 1 plan £2.50 + 50p for each additional plan
Inland UK Forestry Hand Tools and Accessories £7.95 (up to 10 kilos).

Overseas postage is extra at 20% of the order value (minimum £2.95) and sent by surface mail unless otherwise stated (allow 4/14 weeks for delivery). Overseas payments should be made in £ Sterling by bank transfer or draft, paid on a London bank. Insurance against loss is optional @ £5.00 per parcel. (A parcel will contain up to 4 or 5 books.)

PRICES
All prices are nett and subject to publishers' increases. Books and other products are supplied at current prices and/or changes in edition. If you do not want to pay more than the web or catalogue price (in the event of an increase) please mark your order accordingly in the 'Additional Information' box at the 'Cashier' page. Your orders are supplied subject to your complete satisfaction in all cases and are usually despatched well within 28 days. No acknowledgement of your order is sent.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these Terms & Conditions.
